The Thames Thermal Experience

Take to the Thames by boat, moor up for a riverside sauna and cold plunge experience, then drift on.

There’s something about moving between elements - warmth and cold, stillness and motion, river and land. Experiencing them together allows us to access parts of us that come alive with the right exposure. You’ll feel it in your body before you can put words to it.

Simply gather your people, pack your swimmers, step aboard a Hobbs of Henley boat (skippered or self-drive) and let the day unfold - drifting, docking, warming, cooling and returning to the water again. This is a summers day on the river, done properly.

TAKE TO THE RIVER - YOUR WAY.

1. Book your boat (options detailed below) direct with Hobbs of Henley (online or by phone)

2. Book your sauna session. Choose a time that fits your route along the river

3. Confirm your booking - call or message Eloise (07765 611219) for mooring information

Please note:

Some boats accommodate up to 12 people; however the sauna capacity is limited to 8 people per hourly session.
Boat capacity and sauna space are intentionally kept small, so each experience stays as it should be. If you’re thinking about it, it’s worth booking ahead.
A mooring cost of £30 applies which must be paid in cash on the day
Please allow time to moor and arrive promptly for your sauna session
