Full Moon Sauna | Weds 29th July 2026 | Buck Moon

Evenings at Soala Sauna are always cosy, twinkly and lit but for this one, we’ll let the summer night sky take over.

Following the beauty and awe of previous full moons at the river, we welcome this Buck Moon - rising big, bright and visible to the naked eye from the sauna window. It is a time to acknowledge personal strength, growth, and renewal. As bucks grow new antlers, this period encourages embracing new versions of oneself and shedding old habits.

Inside, the wood-fired sauna crackles. Outside, the night sky glows. Between rounds, sip something calming, take awe in the natural skies and embrace the lunar beauty. Come alone, bring friends or meet new faces in the heat - the space is shared, but the experience is yours to shape.
