Evenings at Soala Sauna are always cosy, twinkly and lit but for this one, we’ll let the summer night sky take over.

Following the beauty and awe of previous full moons at the river, we welcome this Flower Moon - rising big, bright and visible to the naked eye from the sauna window. This moon signifies the peak of spring, representing abundance, growth, and renewal as nature blossoms. The moon encourages stepping into your own light and taking up space, reflecting the flourishing environment.

Inside, the wood-fired sauna crackles. Outside, the night sky glows. Between rounds, sip something calming, take awe in the natural skies and embrace the lunar beauty. Come alone, bring friends or meet new faces in the heat - the space is shared, but the experience is yours to shape.
