Walks / Running routes:
From Henley bridge, descend down to the river by Leander Club and let the river guide you all the way down to Hambledon lock. Make sure to wave at the sauna on your left as you pass Temple Island. 45 min walk / 20-25 min run. From Hambledon lock, you can turn back towards the centre of Henley, or alternatively pass over the lock and return back along the Marlow Rd until you reach Henley Business School - turn in towards the river, and continue right along the water until you reach Soala Sauna - 1 hour 30 min walk total / run time 45-55 min.

Berries on Hart St - a firm favourite and fantastic coffee. You can't go in without picking up a cookie - be warned, the selection is too good not to be tempted by more than just 1.
Pavilion - a lovely deli that sells high quality ingredients if you're looking to pick up a cheese or two to take home.
Food:
Hart Street Tavern - vibrant restaurant and bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with the finest ingredients from local producers. Cosy sofas in winter, garden in summer - what's not to like. Try a spicy margarita there - you won't be disappointed.
Villa Marina - it's hard to find an Italian restaurant that's actually run by Italians now. Authentic, true to source, and delightful it's an Italian gem in the heart of Henley.

Toad Hall Garden Centre - get your green fingers on and come away with stunning plants for all seasons.
