Full Moon Sauna | Sat 26th September | Harvest Moon

Evenings at Soala Sauna are always cosy, twinkly and lit but for this one, we’ll let the night sky take over.

Following the beauty and awe of previous full moons at the river, we welcome this Harvest Moon - rising big, bright and visible to the naked eye from the sauna window. This is the closest full moon to the Autumn equinox, staying bright for several nights giving extra moonlight for farmers to finish harvesting. It is also a time for gratitude, reflection, reaping what you have sown and preparing for the colder months ahead.

Inside, the wood-fired sauna crackles. Outside, the night sky glows. Between rounds, sip something calming, take awe in the natural skies and embrace the lunar beauty. Come alone, bring friends or meet new faces in the heat - the space is shared, but the experience is yours to shape.
